Now, as owner of H Restaurant, Chef Herrera continues his culinary adventure by taking inspiration from Mexican Rustic cuisine while presenting it in a fresh and contemporary manner. He also uses the many ingredients and flavors the world has to offer combining them in a personal style constantly surprising H diners with a new selection of menu offerings.
